Welcome to the Petra eProcure Portal! Petra takes pride in this portal, which has streamlined our quotation and purchase order process to the benefit of all our existing and potential suppliers.

The platform enables you, as suppliers, to register your details so that when new opportunities arise, you can be notified.

The success of the eProcure Portal is however highly dependent on the quality of information submitted and we therefore request that you ensure that your details and company documentation are as complete and accurate as possible.

The process is briefly explained hereunder:

Step 1

You received the email requesting you to log onto this page.

Step 2

You will receive an e-mail message notifying you to access the portal to upload your documentation, such as the registration documentation, tax clearance- and BEE certificate to name a few. You will also be requested to register against a list of commodities that you will be able to supply. This process will commence early January 2018.

Step 3

The documentation will be vetted to ensure that Petra’s suppliers are legally compliant. Once your documentation has been vetted, you will become eligible to receive request for quotations, “RFQ’s”.
